Meet Resa Gooding

Every pivot in Resa's career started the same way — by leaning into the skills and talents she had already built, and using them as the launchpad for what came next.
She began in the classroom. After graduating from The University of the West Indies with a BSc in Economics and Statistics (cum laude), she taught in Trinidad and Tobago, then in Israel for another three years. Those years gave her the toolkit that still defines her work today: how to explain hard ideas simply, how to hold a room, and how to meet people exactly where they are.
She carried those same teaching instincts into technology. As co-founder of Cacao Media — one of Israel's leading HubSpot Diamond agencies, later successfully acquired — she used her ability to translate complexity into clarity to help businesses adopt new systems. That same skill took her to HubSpot's European headquarters in Dublin, where she designed and scaled global education and accreditation programmes used by hundreds of partners worldwide.
Today, through Cultivating Success, RevOps Reset, and Khoola, she brings all of it together — the teacher, the operator, the strategist — to help professionals and businesses use AI practically and responsibly to save time, stay relevant, and build real independence.
Her belief is simple: technology should not replace great people — it should give them more leverage to do what they do best.
Resa holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and is the author of Empowering Marketing & Sales with HubSpot. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Business Administration and Emerging Technologies & Generative AI at Golden Gate University, San Francisco.
